The South Asian Pilgrims Company has signed an exclusive contract with Saqifat Al Safa Company to manage and lease the Al-Ahilla Commercial and Administrative Center, located in the Al-Rusaifah district of Makkah. The center comprises a shopping mall with retail outlets of various sizes, restaurants, a supermarket, a play area, a multi-purpose hall, and a tower containing office units with a total leasable area of 15,000 square meters. The center’s location is considered one of the most prime commercial sites in Makkah.
Saqifat Al Safa for Real Estate Development and Management is one of the national companies specialized in real estate development, property management, marketing, sales, and structuring investment opportunities. The company has contributed to the development, leasing, and management of numerous projects across the Kingdom, including shopping centers, office towers, entertainment cities, and residential projects, such as Red Sea Mall and Al Shasha Tower. The total value of assets currently managed by the company exceeds 2.9 billion SAR.
